As well, fish contains large quantities of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamins A and D, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, and iodine. Fish will provide enough amino-acids to improve your immune system and help to keep you active and strong.

It is recommended to eat fish quite often than once or twice a week. You can try some great recipes that combine the fish with vegetables and cereals.
