How to Make Poached Eggs

Poached eggs is one of the most well known of health foods and is quite easy for you to make. Such a food is ideal for those who have been suffering from viral conditions for awhile now and need a lot of protein to get up and moving again. To know how you can make poached eggs, you need to carry out the following steps.

Bring Water to Boil in a Saucepan
The first thing to do would be to half fill a sauce pan with water and the place it over a stove. Bring the water to a boil and keep the stove temperature quite high.

Release two Eggs into the Water after it has boiled enough
Simultaneously you need to take out two or three eggs from the refrigerator and let these de-frost for about a minute or two. Once the water in the saucepan has started bubbling you can break open the eggs and release these into the hot water.

Let the Eggs cook for about Three minutes after which they must be seasoned
The eggs are going to get fried in the hot water itself. The eggs should be allowed to remain in the water for about two or three minutes. After that, the eggs need to be taken down on a plate and seasoned well with salt and pepper. Thereafter the eggs will be ready to get served.
